Telephony Platforms
Introducing the maximiser from SpliceCom - a business telephone system, designed and developed in the 21st Century for those requiring between 4 and 10,000 IP or analogue extensions. Completely scalable in design and distributed in architecture, all maximiser systems are built around just four modules representing two core components - Call Server and Phone Module. One of these four modules, the 5108 Call Server - has been specifically designed to meet the needs of smaller businesses and the branch offices of larger organizations. Embracing open industry standards wherever they exist, all maximiser solutions appear to customers, employees and system administrators alike as a single system, no matter how many separate sites, homeworkers or mobile employees are encompassed. maximiser is configured and managed as a single system via a standard web browser. For very large scale Enterprise and Hosted/Managed requirements, maximiser XS utilises the core maximiser operating system, running on Apple's Xserve platform to support up to 100,000 extensions.
Supporting rich functionality including a one number, "go anywhere, reach me any how" facility, GSM mobile extensions, multi-site hot desking, voicemail, auto-attendant, unified messaging and call recording as standard, maximiser is just at home, and more importantly proves cost-effective, for simple 4 extension "dial-tone" PBX requirements as it does in fully converged, multi-site installations.
Business Phones
To further enhance maximiser's advanced capabilities SpliceCom offer a wide range of Proactive Communication Stations (PCS), to deliver the ultimate in desktop productivity. Designed to compliment other market leading and stylish, high-end IT equipment on your desktop, SpliceCom's latest PCS 560 & PCS 570 IP Phones combine, looks intelligence and desirability in equal measure. PCS 410 is SpliceCom's latest version of the world's first "keyless" IP Phone featuring an integrated, full-size VGA (Video Graphics Array), LCD touch screen, to provide context sensitive displays & information. Graphical icons are used to control telephony functions in the same intuitive manner you associate with mobile phones. The PCS 410 can also have pages from the World Wide Web, intranet or web-enabled applications "pushed" directly to its screen. The PCS 100 is an IP System Phone combing all the advantages of IP Telephony with the ease-of-use associated with traditional key phones. The PCS 520 is a display phone with pre-configured system access keys, desktop paging, auto-answer, combined Do No Disturb/Message Waiting LED and enhanced Caller Display. PCS 505 is an entry-level business phone and completes the range.
Supplied as standard with every maximiser system, the PCS 60 and PCS 50 Phone Partner applications deliver similar benefits to the PCS 410 desktop station for those who choose to use PCS 570, PCS 560, PCS 100, PCS 520, PCS 505 or traditional analogue telephones. The PCS 60 and PCS 50 applications can be run on Windows and Mac OS X (PCS 60), or Linux (PCS 50) desktop or laptop PCs and can also be utilised as IP Softphones.
Splicecom Vision Applications
A web-based application suite, Vision offers a Business Dashboard for companies of all sizes, delivering a comprehensive range of real-time information and historical reports to those that need it, irrespective of where they might be. Technical Support or Sales Order Processing, Customer Service or Accounts, Help Desk or Sales, whatever area of the business a customer needs to focus on, Vision displays the answers. This allows organisations to identify issues and rectify them before they become business-impacting problems, whilst optimising resources at all times for maximum productivity.
Vision also provides the real-time information needed to ensure that operations run smoothly. Are we meeting our service levels on the Help Desk? How many abandoned callers haven't been called back yet? Do customers have to wait in a queue longer than necessary because we have insufficient voice processing ports to handle all the auto attendant calls? These are the type of questions that can be effortlessly answered by Vision.
Few organisations even begin to harness the true power of their telephone system. Because they've both been developed by SpliceCom, the combination of maximiser and Vision delivers on this promise, all day, every day allowing Company Directors and business managers to really understand how their business is performing. Vision Reports, Vision Record and Vision Live deliver valuable real-time and historical information, including call recordings. And for your workforce, Vision Mobility offers similar levels of personal telephony management and control when they're away from the office, making them truly mobile.
PCS 60
Running under Windows and Mac OS X (PCS 60), or Linux (PCS 50) these personal productivity applications can be run as either an IP Softphone or Phone Partner. By connecting the PC to a maximiser Call Server, either directly, or via the LAN network, the PCS 60 or PCS 50 application can "partner" the PCS 520 or PCS 505 or an analogue phone connected to a maximiser Phone Module. Phone calls can then be placed as normal from the telephone keypad, or made via the PCS 60 or PCS 50.
Access to Web enabled applications, Intranet based information, IP Video/Web Cam images, speed dials/busy lamp field/direct station select, directory access, messaging and call progress are then all provided in a similar manner to the PCS 410. PCS 60 and PCS 50 can also be used to partner the PCS 570, PCS 560 or PCS 100 IP phones. The PCS 60 and PCS 50 application can also be used in conjunction with a USB or Bluetooth headset or telephone to provide a fully featured IP Softphone solution.
PCS 60 Operators Console
SpliceCom's PCS 60 Operators Console has been specifically designed to elevate business productivity and enhance the overall company image at the main point of customer contact by delivering an improved operator service. By utilising the standard PCS 60 application and expanding its capability through the addition of the Operators Console Licence, SpliceCom's PCS 60 Operators Console has been specifically developed to partner PCS 560, PCS 570, PCS 410, PCS 100, PCS 520, PCS 505 or existing analogue phones.
The PCS 60 Operators Console can be deployed in single screen or dual screen modes, runs under the Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS X operating system and can be alternatively used with a USB/Bluetooth, handset/headset as an IP Softphone. The PCS 60 Operators Console can also be deployed with a touch-screen monitor to deliver direct operator control.
