Services
Voice and Data UK Ltd maintain most major phone systems and provision ISDN, SIP and analogue lines; we have individual engineers that are trained on specific systems. If your service contract is coming to an end give us a call and compare our prices.
Repair
We also offer a repair service for individual phones and cards across the range of manufacturers. A data equipment repair service is also available; we are a specialist Cisco repairer therefore services to network systems will be provided accordingly.
Maintenance
We offer a range of comprehensive maintenance options for our customers. Our customers have access to various methods of contact including an online case system to track and report your faults, and a dedicated 0800 number. We have 24 hour coverage to suit you. Options such as one fixed fee for the year or cover on a "per job" basis with one fixed labour fee for any fault regardless of call out duration. We are partners on all the systems we support to gain manufacturer support for fast fault resolution.
Training
We now have a full range of training solutions for both administrators and end users. We currently cover the following systems: Mitel (the complete portfolio), Nortel CS1000 and Meridian 1, BCM, Call Centre Training eg Meridian Max and Symposium, Avaya (the complete portfolio), Shoretel (the complete portfolio), Ericsson BP50/250, MD110.
Unless otherwise stated all our prices include trainers standard expenses and course notes (where appicable). Air travel and travel transfers will be charged at cost.
Our prices start at £350 (ex VAT) for end user handset training dependant on system. Please contact us for full pricing.
Cabling
BICSI RCDD accredited team can assist you
with the design, development, and management of your cabling
projects.
From site survey to completion, our project management team will
liaise on a regular basis to keep customers informed of our progress.
A Project Manager is assigned to every job ensuring the project is
delivered on time and to specification. All our work is tested and labelled to the relevant standards, and
documentary evidence of testing is provided upon completion of all
