Exisiting customers can contact us on info@voiceanddata.co.uk to obtain their password. New customers simply run through the checkout process and fill in their details. First orders placed through the website must be paid for by credit card or via paypal.
Once an account is setup you can use the my account section to see you order progress - request support and see your account status.
Orders placed outside opening hours will be actioned the next working day. After an order is placed an account manager will contact the customer with a delivery date within 2 hours of order placement (inside working hours).
We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. Any discount or special offer codes are inputed at the final stage of the payment procedure.
Free of charge next working day courier delivery available on orders over £150 before VAT that are delivered to mainland UK address.
Opening a credit account:
Businesses can download the credit application form with the terms and conditions, return the credit application form by email or fax +44 1707 659302 and we will contact you as soon as it is processed with details of the credit facility set up.
